Our approach

Elva Consulting - FZCO ("Elva", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to conducting its business responsibly, with integrity, and in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to its activities. As a trade solutions provider, we source, structure and deliver across a range of sectors, and we regard a high standard of compliance and governance as essential to the trust placed in us by our clients, partners and the authorities in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

Elva carries out its activities within the scope of its trade licence (Licence No. 37382), issued as a Free Zone Company by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), with its registered office at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we do not undertake activities beyond its scope.

Controlled goods & responsible trade

Certain equipment within our areas of activity — including some security-, defence- and law-enforcement-related items — is subject to export controls, end-use restrictions and international sanctions. Where Elva is involved in the supply of such controlled or sensitive equipment, it is supplied strictly to authorised end-users, is ITAR-free, and is handled in compliance with applicable export controls and international sanctions (including those of OFAC, the European Union, the United Nations and the Wassenaar Arrangement).

We do not engage in transactions that we believe would breach applicable export-control or sanctions requirements, and we give appropriate regard to the intended end-use and end-users of controlled or sensitive equipment.

Business integrity

Elva is committed to conducting its business free from bribery and corruption, and in compliance with applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-money-laundering laws. We do not offer, give, solicit or accept improper payments or inducements, and we expect those we do business with — including our clients, suppliers and partners — to uphold the same standards.

Confidentiality & data protection

We treat the information entrusted to us by our clients and counterparties as confidential, and we make project references available only upon request and subject to customer confidentiality. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you interact with us through our website.
