In infrastructure projects, Elva is not the contractor and not a subcontractor. We are the supply partner to the contractors and EPC firms who build — providing the materials and specialised equipment a project needs, sourced to specification and delivered against the project's own timeline.
Our work spans bridges, roads, public facilities and testing infrastructure. Where it matters, we carry quality assurance ourselves: equipment is manufactured to requirement and factory-tested before it ships, so that what arrives on site is verified and ready to use.
