Elva supplies security systems and protective equipment under its licensed scope, operating to a strict end-use discipline. Controlled goods are supplied only to authorised institutions and end-users, and only in conformity with applicable international sanctions and export-control requirements. Where a category is defence- or controlled-goods related, the buyer is an authorised government or institutional end-user.
Within that discipline our role runs from needs analysis through manufacturer sourcing, specification, procurement, factory and field acceptance testing, delivery and commissioning — the same end-to-end method we apply across the firm, held to the additional rigour these categories demand.
