A mixed armoured cash-in-transit fleet, configured to operational requirement.

Elva served as the trade partner for the supply of an armoured cash-in-transit vehicle fleet to a major private-sector cash-handling operator.

The fleet was structured around the client's operational requirements, combining new-build vehicles with sourced pre-owned units across a range of models. Elva managed needs analysis, specification, build-to-order manufacturing and the full procurement coordination — bringing new production and second-hand sourcing together within a single supply program to meet the client's timeline and budget envelope. As armoured vehicles can fall within controlled-goods categories, the supply was conducted in conformity with applicable export-control and sanctions requirements.
