A linked offender-monitoring and victim-protection system, supplied and installed.

Elva acted as the trade and integration partner for an authorised public-sector institution, supplying a two-part electronic monitoring system for use within a public-safety and justice mandate.

The system combined an offender electronic-tagging capability with a connected victim-protection function that raises an alert as a monitored individual approaches a protected person — the two components operating as a single linked solution. Elva carried the engagement from needs analysis and manufacturer sourcing through procurement, installation and on-site demonstration. As a controlled-goods category, the supply was conducted with an authorised institutional end-user and in conformity with applicable international sanctions and export-control requirements.
