Elva served as the trade partner for the comprehensive equipment supply of a national fire safety certification and testing institute established by a government authority.

The scope covered the full inventory required to bring a turnkey certification facility into operation — fire and combustion testing apparatus, measurement and data acquisition systems, supporting laboratory infrastructure, and the full complement of ancillary equipment specified across the institute's commissioning program.
