An ISR-based passive air defence system, from specification to field acceptance.

Elva acted as the manufacturer's representative and trade partner for the supply of a passive air defence system to a government defence and security authority.

The system combined electro-optical sensors, jamming capability and radar into an integrated passive defence solution against aerial threats. Representing the manufacturer, Elva verified technical specifications against the client's requirements, coordinated build-to-requirement production, managed procurement, and oversaw factory acceptance testing, field testing and final delivery. As a controlled defence-goods category, the supply was conducted with an authorised government buyer and in conformity with applicable export-control and sanctions requirements.
