Buy-side representation and negotiation across two cross-border acquisitions.

Elva acted as local representative and negotiator for international acquirers entering the Turkish market, across two separate transactions.

In the first, Elva supported a European investment fund as its local representative in the acquisition of a centrally located hospitality asset in Istanbul, providing market intelligence and transaction support on the buy side. In the second, Elva acted as negotiator on the buyer's side in the acquisition of a Turkish glass manufacturer by a European industrial acquirer. In both engagements Elva served as the foreign acquirer's on-the-ground representative and negotiator.
